Energizing Communities

WEF Goals

The Williston Basin has experienced tremendous growth over the past decade. There are more young people, families, workers and students than ever before. Williston Energy partners with industry, collaborates with stakeholders, inspires our young people and energizes the community – we invite you to get involved.

Our partners and sponsors help improve culture in the Williston Basin, we understand you and your company are busy that’s why we’ve made it easy to participate. We’re collaborating with Innovex Downhole Solutions, Williston Job Service and Applebee’s to host the – Job Fair & Community Expo – at the Raymond Center having enough food for 2,000 people (where does that happen?). Twisted J Oilfield Services is presenting the ONE Metallica Show: ONE is a Sturgis headliner that is going to bring some serious energy. Twisted J also donated 24 tickets to the Williston High School. With the help of our sponsors and partners we’ve raised over 120 complimentary concert tickets thus far.

Williston Energy has partnered with Painted Woods Sporting Range to host the Williston Energy Sporting Clays Tournament.

There are plenty of opportunities for you or an organization to support the Williston Energy Festival and our Goals:

1. Proceeds help fund the Williston Basin Regional Stage (See below).

Community FAQs

US Energy became a 501(c)3 non-profit, charitable organization in early 2018 to better serve the community. We look forward to continuing to improve the culture.

WEF Goals: Funding Community Services

Williston Basin Regional Stage

A mobile hyrdaulic regional stage is a key piece of missing event infrastructure in the Bakken. Production costs for fairs, community events and other large scale events is a clear barrier of entry for organizers. A regional stage would cut those event costs in half while being brandable by corporate stakeholders further improving the efficiency and effectiveness of this stage. The fairs in Williston, Watford City and Sidney in the summer would  easily cover the cost of the stage for consecutive years.
